I’m trying to nail end grain cups. The inside is hollowed with different tools than the standard “tip up” and “tip down”, namely a “boring hook” and a “politician”.

Anyway, it’s a bit tricky and is resulting in a lot of semi finished receptacles lying around, so they’re getting filled with plants to hide the wobbles.

This is some Rowan with linseed and beeswax for the waterproofing of. The seedling is (I think) a Ghost Plant, it does have some rootage, here’s hoping it takes.
