Marmalade Adonis

• 25ml white port
• 25ml marmalade vodka
• 50ml sweet sherry
• 1 splash of angostura bitters

Stir ingredients with ice.

Strain into a glass with a twist of orange peel.

For the marmalade vodka

• 1kg seville oranges roughly chopped
• 750ml vodka
• 300g sugar

Mix ingredients in a wide mouthed kilner jar and leave to steep for at least a month.

Strain and decant into bottle(s)
